For Firm owners and technical administrators

Connect the firm's visible identity from workspace URL through sender domain and recipient preferences.

Design and Branding controls the firm's visual identity and workspace addressing. Review logos and client-facing presentation in both light and dark contexts where supported. Keep legal identity and brand identity consistent with the firm's policies.

Eligible subscriptions can connect a firm-controlled domain or subdomain. Enter the host in Design and Branding, add the DNS record shown by the product at the domain provider, then verify. The product checks platform routing and secure sign-in readiness before marking it usable.

Use the exact DNS values displayed in the workspace. Do not rely on a copied guide for a target that can change. DNS and certificate propagation may not be immediate.

  1. Choose a subdomain such as portal.yourfirm.example.
  2. Enter it under Design and Branding.
  3. Add the displayed DNS record at the authoritative provider.
  4. Return and verify until the workspace reports the connected state.
  5. Test sign-in and portal links from a private browser session.

Email Delivery shows whether the firm uses eligible managed operational delivery or its own sender configuration. A firm-owned sender keeps client-facing mail on the firm's domain when the required credentials and verification are complete.

Templates control message content; notification settings control eligible categories and scopes. A disabled notification is not an email failure.

After changing domain or email settings, test an internal invitation, a permitted client-facing message, and the destination link. Confirm sender, reply behavior, branding, recipient, and authenticated landing page. Do not use a real client as the first test.
