Enter the member's correct email, choose the intended role, and send the invitation. Invitation state remains visible to administrators. The recipient should use the invited address so membership resolves to the right firm.
A pending or expired invitation is not an active seat with ordinary access; use the invitation actions to resend or revoke as appropriate.
Roles define capabilities such as viewing, creating, approving, billing, administering settings, or using AI. Test a role against a representative member rather than assigning broad access to solve one missing button.
Policy rules, module activation, matter membership, departments, and ethical walls may further narrow what the role can reach.
Departments organize members and matters where the firm needs a durable business or access boundary. Assign a matter to a department when that relationship affects ownership, visibility, or reporting; do not create departments solely as decorative tags.
Disable or remove current access according to firm policy, reassign responsible work, stop active sessions or provisioning, and preserve authored records, approvals, time, and audit evidence. Historical work should not lose its author because employment ended.
Member Wellbeing offers check-ins for mood, energy, stress, and workload, optional sleep hours and notes, personal weekly trends, and a library of short practices.
The app restricts individual check-ins, notes, preferences, and practice logs to their member. Firm owners and administrators do not gain access through their role.
Members can opt in to the firm pulse. Authorized viewers receive finalized weekly summaries only when at least five opted-in members contributed; individual entries and names are not shown. Participation changes apply only to weeks that have not been finalized.
